  • What is a New Construction  Pre-Sale?

 A New Construction Pre-Sale means that  we’ve bought a lot and are designing and building a home to  sell before it is finished.​

  • What are the advantages of purchasing a home before it’s finished?

There are a number of advantages. We design the home and prepare renderings and a floor plan. We set a purchase price and if you like the location, plans and the rendering, pre-purchasing allows you to secure the purchase through escrow with a five percent deposit while we build the house at our expense.. You are also able to take an active role in customizing the home's interior. From upgraded appliance packages to built-in saunas, we offer  upgrades to meet your family’s needs.​

  • If I am interested, how does the process work?

We would be happy to provide a tour of our current projects that are in progress. If you choose to purchase a project, an escrow will be opened, and that is when we go to work.!Most of our projects are purchased before construction begins which allows for maximum flexibility in terms of upgrades and alterations. When the home is finished, we close escrow and the home is sold in turnkey condition.

  • How long is the average build time?

From the time the building permit is issued, the build time is between nine months to a year depending on weather and  complexity of the build.
