Building on a view lot is always a fun challenge. We wanted to capture the beauty of the view from a number of angles while also making sure the house felt private. This house sits nestled by trees and its cool hues of grey and black accentuate its state-of-the-art architecture. The exterior courtyard with its inviting fireplace presents a natural space for gathering for true indoor-outdoor living.
Contemporary Splendor
Cool tones and bold lines were the goal in building this spacious contemporary custom build. Stucco with ledger set stones frame the gabled metal roof and expansive glass front door. The interior mimics the composed tones in light greys and deep blues with unique plaster backsplashes and fireplaces.
Mediterranean Retreat
This classic Mediterranean home combines stucco, wood, and stone, showcasing a handmade Scottsdale Art Factory door, a striking stone turret, and distressed walnut carriage doors. Inside, it features Wolfe/Sub Zero appliances, grand castle-style beams, Rohl and Waterstone fixtures, and a full home theater and gym. With six bedrooms and seven baths, it also includes a guest house featuring an amethyst slab wall and handcrafted Italian tile.
